At Peak Healthcare at Caton Manor, a dated exterior was transformed into a modern structure with substantial curb appeal. That modern aesthetic, meshed with warmer colors in the interior of the building, creates the balanced, transitional design requested by our clients. In designing the facility’s corridors and common spaces, The Gowanus Group enhanced the bright and inviting environment by incorporating artwork and imagery of the surrounding neighborhood, including photographs of the downtown Baltimore Harbor and Catonsville Main Street. Our full renovation of the first and second floors along with a conversion of office space to a Dialysis unit helped created additional revenue streams for the facility and helped attract a wider population of clientele.
